FULL-SCALE DESIGN
Begin your design experience with Caitlin McGilvery Home, starting with an in-depth consultation to understand your goals and vision. Together, we'll bring your ideas to life through concept consultations, detailed floor plans, and inspiring mood boards, crafting a design perfectly suited to your style. Dive into my process and uncover the essential deliverables at each stage, turning your vision into reality.
PROCESS:
Step 1: Initial intro call or in-person visit to discuss the project
Step 2: Client submits answers to the Client Response Survey + provides initial guidance and rough budget estimate for project
Step 3: Caitlin puts together inspiration, mood board & some initial big purchase ideas
Step 4: After client feedback on the moodboard, Caitlin to build out a detailed floorplan and initial design plan and receive client feedback
Step 5: Caitlin will provide detailed purchasing list and estimated cost breakdown of the project (with some high-mid-low purchase options as needed)
Step 6: Procuring & executing all purchases + hiring & scheduling handymen and necessary specialists to be complete all professional work
Step 7: Caitlin will assist with final installs, styling and completing the project
VIRTUAL DESIGN & STYLING
We also offer flexible interior design solutions, including a convenient virtual design service and/or hourly styling services for smaller-scale facelifts. Perfect for refreshing spaces or collaborating remotely, we tailor our services to fit your needs and lifestyle. This is offered at an hourly rate.
